How can I book a tour?
Booking is simple. Choose your tour, select your preferred date and number of travelers, then complete the checkout online. You’ll receive an instant confirmation email with all the details. If you’d rather book by phone or WhatsApp, call us at +212 676-342939 and our team will confirm your reservation directly.
Are there any age restrictions for the tour?
Most of our tours are suitable for all ages, including children accompanied by an adult. Some activities, such as desert trekking, camel rides, or multi-day trips to Merzouga, are best suited for travelers aged 6 and up due to the physical demands involved. If you’re traveling with young children or have specific concerns, contact us before booking and we’ll recommend the best option for your group.
What is included in the tour package?
Each tour typically includes transportation in an air-conditioned vehicle, a professional local guide, and any activities listed in the tour description (such as hikes, boat rides, or visits to cooperatives and villages). Meals, tips, and personal expenses are usually not included unless stated otherwise on the specific tour page. Please check the “Includes/Excludes” section on each tour for exact details.
What is the cancellation policy?
You can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before your tour starts and receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may not be eligible for a refund, as guides and transport are already arranged. If your plans change, contact us as early as possible and we’ll do our best to help.
What should I pack for the tour?
We recommend comfortable walking shoes, sun protection (hat, sunglasses, sunscreen), a reusable water bottle, and a light jacket for higher-altitude or desert destinations where temperatures can drop in the evening. For multi-day trips like Merzouga, also pack a swimsuit, a scarf for sand protection, and any personal medication you may need.
